Sara Stumberg Walker

Founder and CEO

As a native of and an Event Planner in San Antonio, Sara Stumberg Walker combines her local connectivity with a visionary style that lends every private and corporate event a fresh and timeless appeal. Sara possesses the experience and energy level to strategize, conceptualize, curate, design and develop all concepts relevant to the production of extraordinary events. Her years of experience allow her team to successfully execute a variety of events that always come in on time and on budget.

Samantha Gideon

Event Planner

Samantha Gideon brings more than 10 years of experience in event management, community relations, and hospitality. A passionate creator of experiences, she has planned and executed events ranging from galas and festivals to golf tournaments and community programs. Her expertise includes vendor and sponsor management, volunteer engagement, strategic planning, and media relations. Samantha is a Texas Friendly Certified Hospitality Instructor and CVENT Certified through the American Hotel and Lodging Association.

Madelynn Gonzalez

Marketing and Design Lead

With over 5 years of experience in event design and planning, Madelynn brings a strong creative eye and strategic approach to the Sara Walker Events team. As Marketing and Design Lead, she translates client visions into cohesive event aesthetics while helping coordinate logistics, décor, and overall event flow for gatherings ranging from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions.

Kim Salas

Event Planner

With over 6 years of experience in private and corporate event planning, Kim brings a calm, creative, and highly organized approach to every project. She works closely with clients from the earliest stages of ideation through seamless execution, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered. From developing personalized event designs to securing venues, managing vendors, and overseeing logistics behind the scenes, Kim creates experiences that feel intentional, polished, and effortless for her clients. Her goal is to bring each vision to life with creativity, care, and flawless execution.

Desiree Silva

Event Coordinator

Desiree is a San Antonio–based event coordinator with over 4 years of experience creating seamless, memorable, and community-centered experiences. As a multi-business founder and creative strategist, she blends her background in social media into every project, ensuring each event feels modern, immersive, and story‑driven.
