We are thrilled to announce the Kappa Kappa Gamma San Antonio Alumnae Association will host its 28th annual Tablescapes Wine Reception and Luncheon on February 24 & 25, 2025 at the San Antonio Country Club. This year’s luncheon speaker is interior designer, Ashley Gilbreath! Ashley is a southern-based, award-winning interior designer renowned for creating casually elegant homes where the family can gather to celebrate everyday living. Her fresh take on interiors can be seen in Luxe, Southern Living, House Beautiful, Veranda and her bestselling book, The Joy of Home which we will, of course, have available for purchase at the event. Ashley lives in Montgomery, Alabama with her husband and three children. We cannot wait to welcome her in February!
Tablescapes is a time-honored tradition that raises money for local 501c3 charitable organizations while highlighting a selection of inspired, creative and unique tablescapes representing the most loved San Antonio businesses. Following last year’s event, we were able to donate $15,000 to the Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas. This year, Rise School is our chosen beneficiary. Rise School recently opened in San Antonio and provides a unique integrated learning environment for children with and without disabilities or learning differences. Each of you has a business which is integral to the San Antonio community, which is why we are inviting you to return for this coveted event by signing on as a 2025 Table Designer. This unique opportunity allows you to represent and promote your business to hundreds of attendees at two separate events through a tablescape – all while supporting a great cause.

In addition to promoting your business through a tablescape, Tablescapes Designers are able to elevate their business recognition by donating to our raffle and by facilitating pre-sales of items from their tablescape.
If you would like to participate as a 2025 Tablescapes Designer, please complete the attached agreement and return as soon as possible. We anticipate a great response this year! Contracts and payment will be catalogued in order of receipt. We will contact each designer in order of commitment level and date of submission to select table placement. Additionally, there are 2 exciting opportunities for designers this year, and we want to touch on each of those, specifically. There has traditionally been a single 10-top table near the entrance to the first room just off the main hallway. This table does have additional space to decorate as there is a window-like display area, and the table is rectangular rather than round. When we contact designers with the table placement and selection map, this table will be available! Secondly, we have a single table available at the Fleur-De-Lis level. Ashley Gilbreath, her team, and the Tablescapes chairs are traditionally seated at this table. This year, the first designer to submit a paid contract at this level will also be given a seat at the table! Not only will this designer have 4 tickets to attend Monday night’s wine reception, but he or she will be able to attend Tuesday’s luncheon and be seated with Ashley!
