Outside the Lunchbox Luncheon

The DoSeum invites you to our 14th annual Outside the Lunchbox Luncheon featuring special guest Anya Kamenetz on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Anya speaks, writes, and thinks about how children learn, grow, and thrive on a changing planet. She has covered education as a journalist for many years including for NPR and the New York Times. In her most recent book, The Stolen Year: How Covid Changed Children’s Lives, And Where We Go Now, she shares stories from families around the country and dives into how we can help our children find balance and continue to grow in the wake of crisis. Anya will be joined by a panel of local educators and education leaders to discuss particular strategies for San Antonio schools, parents, and students.
